I want to let everyone know and thank all of my customers for all the business and opportunity you have gave me. Starting Monday Thompson Garage will be going full-time. Operating hours will consist Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM. Thank you all for getting me to this point and hope to continue to grow and build bigger over time!

Customer came in for a coolant leak coming from the water pump that’s ran by the timing belt. Talk about getting your life out of a timing belt and very lucky it didn’t break and ruin the engine. Also the crank pulley was broken in two pieces when removed. Got them back on the road over the weekend. 98 Camry with 401,000 miles ready for another 400k! Impressive

19 silverado 5.3 lifter failure and customer wanted engine replaced with a dod (cylinder deactivation) deleted engine so this would never happen again. No more active fuel management and 4 cylinder mode. Deleted tuned and stays a v8 truck! So many GM products having catastrophic engine failures because of this lifter and camshaft failure from DOD.

Ford 3.5 waterpump failure is becoming more frequent and this one was the worst one I’ve seen. Antifreeze mixing into the oil from the waterpump bearing failing causing it to leak internally and externally. Good thing it was caught in time before it damaged the engine!
