Meet the Owners

At JRJ Auto Service, being family-owned is truly personal. Ben and Samm are a husband-and-wife team who share a love for cars, their community, animals, and taking care of people. Together, they’ve created a shop where customers are treated like neighbors and quality work is something they take personally.

Ben

A lifelong car enthusiast, Ben brings a love of all things automotive along with a background in motorcycle racing and hospitality. That combination has shaped his approach to JRJ Auto Service—he expects quality workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail in everything that leaves the shop.

Outside of work, Ben loves the outdoors and has a definite soft spot for animals. He believes customers should feel comfortable asking questions and confident that their vehicle is being cared for properly.

Samm

Samm comes from a professional background in veterinary medicine, but she has a true passion for the automotive world. At JRJ Auto Service, she specializes in customer care and service, helping make vehicle maintenance and repair feel straightforward, friendly, and personal.

A Maryville local, Samm is also an artist and horse enthusiast. Her years of caring for animals—and the people who love them—have carried over naturally into the way she cares for JRJ customers: with patience, honesty, attention to detail, and a personal touch.

A Husband-and-Wife Team

Working side by side as husband and wife, Ben and Samm bring different backgrounds and strengths to JRJ Auto Service, but they share the same philosophy: do good work, treat people fairly, and stand behind what you do.

For them, JRJ isn’t simply an auto repair business. It’s a family business built on relationships, trust, and being part of the Maryville community.

Ronnie brings over three decades of experience in the automotive industry, having worked for various dealerships before joining our team. His wealth of knowledge and dedication make him a invaluable asset to our team. Outside of work, he is passionate about motorcycles, specially riding his Harley and enjoys spending time camping in the great outdoors.

Tristin Mclemore-Technician
Tristin has been part of the automotive industry since 2015, bringing a deep passion for anything with a engine to every project. After attending automotive school with a focus on race cars, Tristin turned that enthusiasm into a professional career and became an ASE Certified mechanic. Whether its under the hood or behind the wheel, Tristin's drive for performance and precision shines through. When not in the shop, you'll most likely find Tristin out on the lake, fishing and enjoying the open water.

William Crews-Shop Foreman
Will began working on cars in 1992 and has build a long-lasting reputation for his expertise and precision. Specializing in brakes and timing jobs, he takes pride in delivering quality work that keeps vehicles running smoothly and safely. He also enjoys the challenge of suspension work across all types of vehicles, finding satisfaction in solving complex mechanical issues. When not in the shop, Will enjoys spending his free time having movie nights with his wife, smoking meats and working outdoors on the landscaping of his new house in Blount county.
