Excited for our Lights Out MFG diy cell next week! We’re super excited to get it installed on our Hermle. With how we’re planning on routing everything, the use of the HWR base plate on a riser and a Kurt vice on the side with carvesmart jaws, change overs should be very fast. The goal is to have the automation, but be able to still very quickly switch back to a standard self centering vice for quick parts. I’ll try to document as much as I can and post it for everyone to see!

I’ve also been busy between normal jobs to work on product for the TM Motos! Made a much more stout clutch cover for my TM 300 EN 4t fi as well as a set of stainless pegs. The clutch cover fits great but I want to do a couple of revisions to the pegs. The psi from how many points of contact there are too low which causes there to not be enough grip. I already have a revision in mind and I’m hoping to get a new set done before the national enduro next weekend.

Quick one Op bar clamp for a TM! The stock bike rubber mount can have issues with the bar clamps twisting, so this was an easy fix #. Is this something you’d be interested in?

Love watching our move! Making two Op1 pieces on either side of the vice while the Haas handles the Op2s. Still trying to figure out to get the deburr tool path to do exactly what I want but it’s pretty close straight from fusion.

I’m still in the process of moving the truing stand over to the Hermle which is taking awhile and I need to sort out anodize and packaging for the brake paddle. Hopefully the brake paddle will go up for preorder soon!
