Spirit Springs is a beautiful, intimate, 17-site campground nestled in the quiet, rolling hills of Pure Michigan. Making memories to last a lifetime.

Though small, we prioritize your: restoration, relaxation, and revitalization for you and yours. We are CLOSED FOR THE SEASON! We will RE-OPEN May 21, 2026. Check-in time is 2:00 PM at SSC, check-out will be at 11 am on Sunday. (With exception to holiday weekends) We are currently only open from Thursday evening until Sunday. In exception to holiday weekends. You can visit our reservation site at https://www.campspot.com/book/spiritspringscampground or call to reserve your rv, tent or rental spot. Our cancellation policies have recently changed.. please inquire. Please call at standard office hours 8-5pm..we will not be accepting calls, emails, or messages after 5 pm. We are also closed to any calls or messages on Sunday. Please respect our time. (TIA)

Friendly reminder- it'll be easier to program your GPS to go to Spirit Springs Campground , rather than our address since our home shares the same physical address. Our campground drive is marked by our canoe signs.

Campground cleanup is in full swing. We have been working extremely hard to get everything winterized and buttoned up for winter while our weather is favorable. We have gotten so much accomplished in one week's time .. a little leaf blowing, some minor cleaning and getting the campstore prepped for winter, and we are completely ready for our slow down.
.. But over the years we have had a lot of requests for earlier calendar openings. So.....with that being said, within the next few days I will be opening the calendar for online reservations for 2027.

If you desire certain dates and holidays .. this will be your time to shine. ✨

And just like that another season has come to a close.

THANK YOU never feels quite adequate to express our gratitude..
We are so grateful to each of you who have supported our small business again (and some of you again and again) this year.

We are always sad to see another season come to an end and yet we are ready to hibernate for a bit...
It is always a bittersweet day for us.. filled with mixed emotions -happiness, sadness at what was- a campground lively and filled with laughter and also excitement and a readiness to recoup....and have the quiet, peaceful winter months to ourselves.

If you have stayed with us this year.. We cannot say thank you enough! We would love to hear from you: what was your favorite part of the camping season with us at SSC; what we can change, and we'd simply love to see your memories and photos fill our page.

Here is to another beautiful season at SSC. We are so thankful for the wonderful people we have met, who have since become friends.. To the travelers from around the globe, who chose us to be home for a short time, and to friends and family who continue to support us and our endeavors. We need each of you to continue to thrive and continue to grow. Supporting local and supporting small means the world to us.

Stay tuned as we begin to wind down here and start the planning again. We will be reopening our 2027 calendar in the next few weeks.

We have one seasonal campsite available.. and we are searching for the perfect fit for the campsite and our seasonal "family"...

We love our two other seasonal families so much and our goal is to find another family, couple, or single person to finish the puzzle..

This campsite ( #15) can house up to a 25ft RV.

What an absolutely glorious way to start our last two weeks of the season. We have been having balmy mid-80s weather and it has been fantastic. We are thoroughly enjoying your last bit of "Summer" as cooler weather months quickly approach.

Seemingly overnight the colors are really "poppin" and if you are looking to enjoy our fall color these are the last two weekends to do so.. we are losing leaves quickly this year because of all the wind but the leaves we do have are Beautiful..

So join us one last time for the crunch of the tumbling leaves, the welcome warmth of an autumn fire, the beauty surrounding you and the moody sunrise, sunsets and midnight skies that don't disappoint 🍂🍁

Weather in SW Michigan changes quickly but here's hoping for another gorgeous two weeks as we finish out our 2026 season.

Autumn has arrived - full throttle. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly the colors appear ..
And then fall away in other trees. And on and on.. the colors come and go like colorful waves.. rippling through the trees.
