This customer had a adventure wagon for us on this one. 2010 Mercedes Sprinter built into a personal camper. Vehicle had multiple engine codes and a few other needs and upgrades they wanted done. We found the DPF FILTER to be clogged due to engine not operating properly putting to much soot down stream. The intake actuators failed causing this issue. We replaced the intakes and had the dpf filter cleaned. We replaced the exhaust that had fallen off behind the dpf system that was missing for some time as well. Customer also had us install an led light bar and new tires. Long process but the customer was very happy with the results.

Sorry Guys & Gals been very busy the last few months with Jobs. We will be posting a few more jobs we have completed these next few days. Too many jobs to post every one of them. Thank you all for the support and leads you have brought to us since we opened for business. This customer had a flywheel with worn out teeth on it. They asked us to replace it. We made sure to get with the customer to replace the clutch at the same time to save him labor down the road.

Another satisfied customer. They brought me a 1999 Mack MB600. Customer was very discouraged after a very expensive trip to a dealership on this unit. Truck was losing throttle response while under load traveling down the road. Dealership charged him a few thousand dollars and sent him home with the truck and the same issue still present. When we recieved the truck it had codes for communication loss with the engine ecu. Upon further inspection we found the problem was a lose connection on the communication circuit to the engine ecu. After we replaced the wiring we confirmed the repair with a test drive. The problem is no longer keeping this customer from completing work with this truck. Cam & Crank sensors were also cracked and allowing water in. Customer was notified and chose to replace those while we were in making the repair.

Customer came to us with a 2015 Ford F250 with a leaking water pump on there 6.7L powerstroke diesel. The customer recieved an over priced qoute for this job. Our repair came in under his original qoute with parts and labor included. We not only replaced the water pump but also made an exhaust repair and replaced his serpentine belt. Get a second opinion on your qoutes before accepting a hefty bill.
