From iDrive Jr. to Ignite. 🏁
Every racer starts somewhere, and for Ben Hauhe, that journey began in iDrive Jr. at the Gateway Kartplex.
Ben’s Quote:

It gave me the foundation I needed to learn the basics and prove to my parents that I had what it takes to move to the next level. iDrive was the building block for the racecraft and fundamentals I needed before moving into the Ignite class with my own kart.”
Rocky & Heather, Ben’s parents, shared their perspective on how iDrive helped start their family’s racing journey:
“iDrive was an inexpensive and approachable way for Ben to try the sport in a more competitive environment beyond standard rentals. It was a great experience for our entire family, and even if we had never progressed into kart ownership and the Ignite classes, we would still be participating in iDrive today.
We encourage any young driver or family interested in racing to give iDrive a chance. It is absolutely worth it for the amount of fun, learning, and experience it provides. Without iDrive, we may never have gone all in. What started as a simple email a friend forwarded us from Kartplex, it turned into competing at local, regional, and national racing events.
