Apex Welding Solutions (AWS) is not your average welding and fabrication company and we aren't looking for your average team members. We need tough, driven, hard working people to help grow. We work long hours, in rough conditions, doing the dirty, difficult work of keeping quarries, asphalt and concrete plants running.

To keep up with demand, we need to add an awesome, hard working fitter/fabricator to our team. In this position you will assist the lead welders in completing their daily tasks. You will be working outside in all conditions, often at heights. The job involves heavy lifting, precise measuring, and a can-do attitude.
To help speed up the process here are a few things we are looking for
- The ability to read a tape measure, have a general understanding of math, tools, and metal fabrication equipment. If you can't be accurate with measurements and remember a few numbers, this isn’t the job for you.
- You need to have a belt to keep your pants up, clean clothing, steel toe boots, winter work wear, and some tools. If you spend more time on your phone than working, don’t own an alarm clock, and need someone to hold your hand all day, this isn’t the job for you
- If you don’t like learning new things and pushing the limits of your skills and comfort zone, this isn’t the job for you.
- If you are in the welding field to get rich quick, look cool, and take it the easy way, this isn’t the job for you.
- If you like working a boring job, doing the same thing, never needing to do more than you asked, this isn’t the job for you.
- If you are unemployed, mooching off a baby momma, or your mom and have to apply for a job to pretend you are making an effort, this isn’t the job for you.
- If you are currently employed and think you can show up and get a raise for existing, but are mad cause you only got $0.50 this year (while the new guy makes $5 more an hour than you), this isn’t the job for you.
- If you aren’t going to show up for the interview, would rather play video games, smoke pot, and don’t have a car, want to be a Golden arm welding hand who shows up to weld and does nothing else, please don’t waste your time applying, this isn’t the job for you.
- If you throw temper tantrums, yell, constantly tell dirty jokes/swear like a sailor. If you can’t act like a professional around higher ups, if you can’t treat others with respect and get along with your co-workers. If every boss you have had is an idiot, keep looking, this isn’t the job for you.
