2009 Yamaha rhino 700 came in the shop for a handful of issues.

Starting out, the coolant temp sensor was malfunctioning and causing the machine to overheat.

The second issue was in relation to the stator and charging system failed and the machine would only run on battery power until the machine went to 9v and into limp mode.
Got it apart and the stator was fried, the internal windings had shorted out to ground from age and added accessories.

New stator
New rectifier
New coolant temp sensor

Charging and cooling system both successfully repaired.
Back in the woods it goes!

Had this huski 480xl come in the shop after sitting this past winter.

After having a quick look around, I noticed the fuel system was contaminated with tons of water and the vacuum fuel pump was disintegrating in my hands as I removed the fuel lines.

Cleaned carb
Air filter
Drained fuel tank
New fuel pump
New gas
Checked oil
New inline fuel filter

Finish it off with sharpening the blades on this unit and it's back to mowing.

Had this beautiful 2000 Harley Davidson night train come in the shop with a bogging issue after sitting a few years.

After some short time, I found a handful of issue but most importantly, I found the bogging issue was caused by the accelerator pump arm was seized and unable to function properly.

Carb was very dirty, fuel lines were brittle.

New fuel lines
Gas Inline filter
Carb cleaning
Oil/filter change (20/50 amsoil)
New carb breather hoses
New crankcase breather hose

Back on the road!

Had this 110cc youth quad come in the shop after it took a tumble.

Minor cosmetic damage to the plastics, no mechanical/structural damage found besides loose steering components caused by a loose tie rod nut.

Got a brand new set of plastics, fixed the steering play, adjusted the chain.

On to the next one!
