Had this mini quad come in the shop that wont start, quick carb cleaning and its running great again.
Front end was out of alignment and a-arm bolts were loose as well.
All fixed and ready to ride.

Had this 2016 Polaris ranger 900xp come in the shop for a full inspection and with a pretty loud squeak noise coming from the driveline, both u-joints on the driveshaft were full of rust and needed replaced.

This machine had to come apart in the front to get the driveshaft out, front diff had to come out so the driveshaft could slide through the tiny square up front.

Tie rod boots were ripped so a brand new set was put on. Greased a total of 17 fittings on this machine.
Smooth as can be now.

Had this KLR 650 come in the shop for an aftermarket cogent rear shock and 1" lowering links. Forks were also dropped 1/2 " to level the bike out.
That new shock made a huge difference!

04 dvx 400 all fixed up and ready to go after the owner couldn't get his machine to start.
•Choke cable was sticking and rusty inside plunger port.
•Bad gas in the tank.
•New carb bowl gasket to stop fuel leaking.
•New sparkplug

Runs amazing and another happy customer.

Had an amazing time on the freedom 250 ride last week.
There's always this special feeling with attending these rides and sharing the road with 300+ bikes and 400+ people all gathered to support this country and our veterans.

Just a reminder there doesn't have to be a special day on the calendar to thank a local vet.

Toro zero turn mower came in the shop with an electrical mess.
The ignition switch was once replaced with a 12v push button switch but was wired incorrectly and melted the harness abit. (Had one single 16ga wire powering everything and charging wire was ran backfeeding through ignition switch)

All this mess was removed and rewired back with a factory ignition switch with single charge wire feeding to positive post of starter solenoid.

Finished this one off with a blade sharpening and put it to the test!

Good to go!

Timecutter 5000 mower arrived with a black smoke bogging issue and an engine that wouldn't rev up fully, many would suspect carburetor issues.
However, the actual cause was the pulse fuel pump's compromised rubber diaphragm, which had developed an internal crack. This allowed excessive fuel to be drawn into the intake port, resulting in an overly rich running engine.

Super simple and cheap repair.

Got this 125cc kids quad all fixed up after being recently bought.

This machine wouldn't idle, valves were noisy and overall ran rough.

•New battery
•Cleaned/jetted the factory carb
•Adjusted the valves
•Lubricated the front brake mechanical linkage
•Oil change
• Air filter
•Greased ball joints
• Adjusted/lubricated drive chain
•Set tire pressure
• Fixed horn
•New inline gas filter

Finally a good wash and it's back to the owner the following day.
