2023 outlander 850XMR came in needing a set of u-joints bad!

Almost destroyed the yoke but luckily caught it just in time.

While it was apart, i noticed the splines for the slip yoke was completely frozen solid with rust so i got all that cleaned and greased.
Threw on a set of heavy duty greasable u-joints and its back to the mud

This machine already had new brakes and calipers put on but the master cylinder wouldn't make any pressure.

Quick and easy with a new master cylinder and this quad is ready to go

2007 arctic cat 500 was dropped off at the shop after the charging system failed. Machine would only run on battery power until the battery died.

Did some diag on some of the electrical components.

Stator output tested good at 20-60acv through RMP range

I ended up finding some melted ground wires when I was running continuity tests. Which after repairing, seemed to fix the issue!

Machine is now charging itself at 13.9v

Had this early 90's fourtrax 200D come in my shop after the chain kept popping off and it wouldn't idle.
After taking a closer look, the axle alignment was way off.

Slid the axle adjustments forward, shortened the new chain down to the correct length and tightened everything down solid.

The factory #35 pilot jet was completely clogged. Carb cleaned an swapped by a new #38

Just like that, another machine ready to go.

2013 Honda rancher 420 ES came in the shop because it wouldn't start.
After alittle investigation, i found that the fuel pump wasn't receiving any fuel.
The fuel petcock was plugged up with bits of screen from the filter. Luckily, none of that material seemed to make its way to the pump
Cleaned the feed lines and flushed the tank out, replaced the inline fuel screen and petcock and it's good to go!

2014 Polaris ranger 570 came in with a horrible exhaust leak.

There was almost nothing left of the old exhaust gaskets.
While the machine was here, I also serviced the transmission, front differential oils.
Finished it off with the engine oil/filter and this machine is good to go for a while.

Got this 2017 can am 1000 all redone.
Starting out mechanically, i replaced all the front a-arm bushings, ball joint, engine mounts, tie rods, front wheel bearings and replaced a few axle boots.
I also eliminated alot of the steering play by fixing the slop coming from the pitman arm.

Cosmetically, the quad got a fresh set of white plastics installed, new front bumper and a custom graphics kit installed to finish it off!
