We haven’t posted or advertised in weeks. Currently in the dead of winter we are at capacity. Fully booked till march and still closing deals. We are gearing up to do some vending this year. This being said, we will not be taking on any more builds to be ready for Mud Bash as these slots are filled. If you have any questions or need help finding a reputable shop to get you done, feel free to reach out and we will share our recommendations. The gen3 power plant is back together. We had word that the local dealers are swapping these motors, because the serivce manual is incorrect. We pushed through the gap in the service manual. And got it timed off another previous Rotax double overhead cam engine manual. It was a shoot in the dark. However, it runs great after install. Get with us to save your gen3 engine if the dealer wants to replace, we can rebuild these no problem. Special thanks to Bruce Cline at Carolina Custom ATV, for helping us dive into these uncharted waters.

Shop full of gen3 outlanders today, this 2024 Can Am 700 got the treatment. We added the XMR Snorkels and Radiator relocation. We always enjoy installing these setups on the gen3 platform. The gen3 motor and gearbox wasn’t reading gear position properly. After a very thorough diagnostic procedure, we determined it was inside gearbox. Major design flaw found on shift drum. Repaired issue now time to marry these cases and put this monster of an engine back together.
