Good afternoon, I just want to share my perspective on something that’s been happening a lot on social media and by it I mean Facebook.
I’ve been working as a tire man for a while now, and yeah, like anyone else, I make mistakes sometimes,we all do. But I’m always trying to give my best with all customers new and regular.
The thing is, some people like to leave negative comments about my shop on Google or Facebook.
Those kinds of comments can really affect a business. I’m not just speaking for myself but for every family owned or small business out there. This is someone’s main source of income or the way they provide for themselves and family. I just think people should think twice before posting something bad or giving out a review.
We always try to give the best service we can, and if something isn’t perfect, we do our best to make it right for you.
