John had recently purchased this beautiful 2010 Lexus LS460. It is the flagship of the Lexus line as well as one of the most complex and technologically advanced vehicles of its time. We went through it with a fine-toothed comb to make sure it would be safe and reliable first and foremost. The Toyota Tacoma is an incredibly reliable vehicle, but one issue we do see from time to time is a leaking rear axle seal. When this failure occurs the rear drum brakes get saturated with gear oil and the rear wheel bearing becomes contaminated. The grease inside the bearing gets washed out by gear oil which can and will result in future bearing failure. The proper repair is not only the replacement of the seal, but also the rear brakes and wheel bearing. This requires rebuilding the rear axle shaft. We have the tools, equipment, and experience to do this job properly with a repair that will last! www.toyoworkshop.com 603-323-0538.
