We need to be very clear about this:

Customers are not permitted in the shop area or walking around the lot at any time.

There are multiple signs posted in our office stating this policy, and they are there for a reason. This is an active work environment with moving vehicles, heavy equipment, and safety risks. Entering these areas puts you and our team at risk and is not allowed.

If you need an update on your vehicle, please come to the front office and we will be happy to assist you.

We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these boundaries so we can keep everyone safe and focused on doing the job right.

🚨 PSA: Your Tire Pressure Is NOT a High Score Competition

We’ve been seeing it way too often, so let’s clear this up…

Your tire pressure is NOT like a game where you try to beat your personal best. This is not golf, not bowling, and definitely not “let’s see how high we can go today.” 😅

When your tires say something like “Max PSI 44,” that is NOT your goal. That’s the limit. As in… “please don’t go past this unless you enjoy bumpy rides and buying new tires sooner than expected.”

🚗 Why proper tire pressure actually matters:
• Too high = rough ride, less traction, uneven wear (center of the tire wears out faster)

• Too low = poor gas mileage, sluggish handling, and edge wear

• Just right = smooth ride, better control, longer tire life, and safer driving

Think of it like Goldilocks—your tire pressure shouldn’t be too high or too low… it should be juuuust right.

📌 Pro tip: Check the sticker inside your driver’s door for the correct PSI—not the number on the tire itself.

Your tires (and your wallet) will thank you.

And remember… if you’re trying to “win” at tire pressure, you’re probably losing at tire life.

Stop in and have your tire pressure checked if you’re not sure.

Let’s be real for a minute.

Running a shop means you’re going to get all kinds of reviews, good and bad. We’re not perfect, and things don’t always go exactly how anyone wants. But one thing I will stand on is this: we show up, we do the work, and we take care of our customers.

Our team takes pride in what they do. They believe in their work and want it done correctly the first time- not rushed, not cut short, and not done halfway.

We do our best to work with everyone’s budget and timeline, we know that matters. But the reality is, sometimes things take longer than expected. Whether it’s parts delays, deeper issues we uncover, or just the nature of the job. We’ll always do our best to communicate that along the way.

If there’s an issue, we will do our best to fix it. That’s just how we do business. But we can’t fix what we’re not given the chance to address. Going straight to a negative review without talking to us first doesn’t give us that opportunity.

Every job we do involves time, labor, parts, and sometimes unexpected problems. That is the nature of this industry. What matters is that we stand behind our work and do what we can to make it right.

That being said, once parts are approved and the work is completed, we can’t refund for those items. Those are real costs and real labor that go into every repair. What we will do is stand behind our work and address any legitimate concerns.

We’re not here for shortcuts or quick money. If we were taking shortcuts, we wouldn’t be in the shop 12 + hours a day and on the weekends. We’re here to run an honest shop, do solid work, and take care of people the right way.

If you’ve got a problem, bring it to us. We’ll work with you. Always have, always will.

And to the customers who trust us and keep coming back, we appreciate you more than you know.
