2024 50sx in for a service that we lowered with the WP SX-E5 lowering kit earlier this year.

Kids grow so fast, we all know that! This little guy was ready to take the lowering kit out. Per request of the customer we built a fork and shock in between standard height and the lowered height as a stepping stone.

All parts made in house with development coming from the era of my son needing the same exact setup at one point. He’s on a 85 now just 4 short years later! 🤯

Again, they grow so fast! Good luck to this guy and his next chapter!

Old school Suzuki RM 250 forks and shock came in for a full treatment. They were in pretty bad shape and we got the customer dialed in with refinishing his upper tubes that were pitted throughout and really marked up from the fork guards rubbing them to death. We got them cleaned up and had our proprietary hardcoat anodize applied to them as well as some of the shock parts to dress it up some.

Sometimes that quick service by the neighbor with a set of temu tools you squeeze in before a race weekend works out, most of the time it does not…. Both cartridge rods ruined, cartridge seals cut, cartridge bushings wiped out and a lap or so from a major catastrophic failure! Both jam nuts were left loose and unthreading as the bike was ridden leaving a good chunk of change being spent to get these kyb forks back to normal, but we were able to get them in and out for a proper service and shipped back in time for the race weekend! Just glad the worst outcome did not happen and we were able to get the customer back to it quickly!

We had a customer call and ask us “hey do you have my setting from 2018?” Proudly without hesitation my answer is “yes we have saved everything since day 1” This throwback setup is no problem for us because we have always kept good records of all that we do. It’s wild to go back and see where you were and how far you have came as well. Although it’s no surprise this setup was a staple since I was also on a Honda at the time and spent countless hours testing, refining and adjusting to exactly what was feeling to get a bike that I really didn’t like, the best it could be. There is no surprise that something I felt, tested and perfected was a staple for my business. I guess you can say I have a certain ability to do that! Although now we have a digital file for every set we do, it used to be all notebooks, index files and lots of hand notes. We have more organization now, BUT with a backup that cannot be lost in the digital world or from a failure. Scroll to see some of our paper trail, lots on ink in these sheets and lots of success stories as well. Every day we push to be the best, BELIEVE IT ✊🏼💪🏻 17 years strong this month and here for it ✅
