I wanted to make a post and let everyone know today is my last day at hideaway carryout. It has been a crazy 5 years and hard to believe it’s over. I want to say thank you to everyone that has supported us over the years your support means more than you’ll ever know. So stop by sometime today to say farewell to me.

Don’t worry I’ll still be around every once in awhile so I’m sure you’ll see me from time to time. Also, please welcome the new owners to the community just as you welcomed me. They have a lot of exciting plans for the store and I know they will take great care of you all. It really does take every single person in hideaway and surrounding area to support the store for it to make it. So if you never stop there I urge you to stop sometime. Life in hideaway would be much more inconvenient if the store wasn’t there. Again, thank you to everyone that’s become like family to me over the last five years I look forward to seeing you all again.

Some inside info on a new item we got… these new coffee drinks are amazing. We just tried them out and it’s the best bottled coffee drink we’ve had. And we’re doing an introductory price of $2.99 on them to give everyone a chance to try them out! We have them in the Pepsi cooler by Starbucks drinks and in milk cooler by the milk.

Some exciting news we got set up with another distributor that sells a huge variety of vapes and other convenience related items. So we brought a whole new line of vapes in called hot box. They are 12,000 puff vapes so over double the capacity of our other elf bars and they are only $18.99! Also, got some cool new car freshener sprays and things to hang from your mirror. They are supposed to help get rid of any smoke odor. They work really well I’ve tried them in my car before and they last a long time too. They also sell pocket knives and cheap lighters so we got a few of everything to try.

I’ve had a few people ask about high end wines over the years so I wanted to give a few a try. The first one is a spin off of one we already carry from Austin vineyards that everyone loves and it is $69.99 retail. The other is called caymus and is $99.99 retail. They are both Cabernet Sauvignon. So if you’re into those types of wines now you know where you can find them. Also would encourage people that if there’s a wine you love let us know so you can start buying it from us! Have a great week.

Wanted to do a BIG sale on bacon. Going to do our Walnut Creek thick applewood and peppered bacon packs for $4.79 a pound which makes the 1.25 pound packs $5.99. This is an incredible price for an incredible bacon. I’m doing this to give everyone an opportunity to try our bacon because I know once you try it you will agree it’s some of the best bacon you can buy. Depending how much we sell there’s a chance we could run out. If we do I will extend the sale until next week so we can get more.

We got a few new flavors and types of vapes in stock to try. Our old supplier couldn’t keep up with demand and was worried about flavor bands that were affecting majority of their customers that don’t affect us so I decided to get set up with another wholesaler. With that, we got a little better pricing so I’m going to pass the savings on to you. So these new ones will be $17.99 instead of $19.99. It’s not much, but these days prices rarely go down so I’m glad we are able to make that happen. These new ones are still and elf brand product it’s just a newer model. Hopefully everyone likes them as much as the other ones and hopefully the price decrease helps us sell even more! I attached a photo so everyone can see the 6 flavors we have. We got quite a few new things to try this week. Walnut Creek has a whole line of premium all natural dog treats and dog food and I tried ordering pig ears and two different types of beef sticks. So if you have pets at home grab a bag and try them out the beef sticks are $4.99 and the pig ears have 3 in a pack and are $7.99. I put the pig ears by the dog food on the last aisle and the beef sticks are right by the little slim Jim’s everyone buys for their dogs.

And then we also got the new white claw number 3 variety pack, the summer shandy is back in stock already and we got the new monster beer called nasty beast so stop in and grab some to try out!
