🔧 MAXDOUT CONCEPTS IS LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT TECHNICIAN
We have an immediate opening for an experienced automotive/diesel technician, but we’re not in a hurry to put someone in the position.
We’re willing to wait for the right person.
This is NOT an entry-level position. 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience is required, and we’re looking for someone who has spent those years actually mastering their trade.
I want a technician who can be handed a vehicle, diagnose the problem correctly, make the repair, verify their work and move on to the next one without needing to be babysat.
Someone who understands diagnostics — not guessing.
Diesel experience is highly preferred, particularly with 6.7 Powerstroke, 6.7 Cummins and L5P Duramax platforms.
You should be comfortable with difficult diagnostics, electrical, engine repair, driveline, steering, suspension, brakes and general mechanical work.
Experience and ability will be verified.
Just as important — we’re looking for the right PERSON.
Honesty, integrity, dependability and accountability matter here. I want someone who takes pride in their work, respects our customers’ vehicles, owns their mistakes and does the right thing when nobody is watching.

Compensation will be based on experience, knowledge and demonstrated ability. If you’re truly exceptional at this trade, we’re prepared to pay accordingly.
I’m not looking for the cheapest technician.
I’m not looking for the first technician available.
I’m looking for the technician I can hand the keys to and trust that it’s handled.
