SPEED PERF6RMANC3 was started by two Mazda master technicians who shared the same passion for pushing the Mazdaspeed 3/6 platform as far as they could. Our day to day experience of repairing the entire line of Mazda vehicles has given us exclusive insight into the inner workings of the MZR motor that no one else could ever learn on their own. We have built 20+ motors that are supporting MOST of th

e community’s highest HP cars. We strive to use only the best parts out there and when we find a part to have a weak link, we go back to the drawing board to redesign it to handle more HP and more abuse in order to push the limit even further. We work very closely with a select few machine shops that are owned by world renowned engine builders. This gives us the ability to both ensure the highest quality machining is met and to improve on every motor we do based on 75+ years of combined experience in the racing industry. A whole lot of blue going on at the shop lately.

This Focus RS long block is built to handle up to 700WHP and finished off with a blue powder-coated valve cover.

Build specs:
• 2.0L Focus ST block
• 2.3L cylinder head
• SP63 SP280 camshafts
• Keyed crankshaft
• Built in-house by the SP63 team

The kit is complete and includes the ECU, a brand new Plug & Play harness, and the MoTeC license. Everything else is lightly used and in good condition. The only thing you’ll need to make is a mounting bracket.

The Focus RS long block lineup has officially been updated.

Stage 1 Long Blocks now start at $6,800 shipped, and like the rest of our engine lineup, they now include FREE SHIPPING.

Looking to increase durability? You can now option your Stage 1 build with a 2.0L Focus ST block for an additional $800 while still using your original core.

Don’t have a usable core? We also offer the option to purchase a brand-new Ford TS block or even a complete new TS long block to be rebuilt to your specifications.

We’ve also revamped our Stage 2 Long Blocks.

All Stage 2 packages come standard with a 2.0L Focus ST block, providing a stronger foundation for high horsepower applications.

Additional Stage 2 options now available include:

• CNC Cylinder Head Porting
• In-house Cylinder Sleeving Service
• I-Beam Rod Upgrade
• Aluminum Powder Coated Valve Cover Options

The Focus ST long block lineup just got a lot more accessible.

We’ve reduced pricing across the board to make getting back on the road, or building the setup you’ve always wanted, easier than ever.

Stage 0 Long Blocks are now $6,000 shipped and include one of our cores. That means no core is required to get the process started.

Stage 1 Long Blocks are now $6,000 when sending in your own engine for rebuilding. Don’t have a core? We can provide one for an additional $1,000. These are not core exchange programs.

Looking for more displacement? You also have the option to upgrade your build to a 2.3L stroker configuration with a keyed crankshaft.

We’ve also reduced pricing on our Stage 2 Long Blocks and officially added several customization options directly to the website.
These upgrades have always been available through us, but now you can easily view and select them during the ordering process.

Available Stage 2 upgrades include:
• 2.3L Cylinder Head Upgrade – $912.02
