After fighting exhaust leaks for an extended period of time, this customer switched to a set of Lemon's headers for this beautiful 67 Chevelle, which is powered by a 540ci big block Chevy. The Tremec TKX 5 speed was a fantastic choice and provided smooth shifting the whole day.

By correcting the VE table for the new exhaust setup and playing with ignition timing we were able to find some massive power and torque gains that will really make this car a handful!

It's that time of year again when we all have our project/race cars down for the winter. This is a prime time to get your injectors cleaned to avoid any potential problems in the spring.

Current turnaround is 48 hours. Just head to my website (evolutionautomotiveperformance.com), print and fill out the injector service form, and drop your injectors off with the form and I'll contact you when they are ready for pick up!

*PRICING STRUCTURE UPDATE*

As everyone is aware of, costs of doing business have increased across the board. I have been doing my best to try and keep prices the same over the years, but I need to increase my pricing to keep my profits (after all, thats why we do this) at a level where it makes sense to do what I do. The calibration fluid I use for flow testing injectors has doubled in price over the last 18 months and other supplies have increased as well. Starting January 1, 2026 pricing will be as follows...

Port fuel injector service $15/ea
Direct fuel injector service $40/ea
Port injector o-rings/filters $1.50/ea
Direct injector seals/o-rings/filter pricing will depend on what injector is being serviced. These have a lot of variability, so final pricing will be communicated to the customer prior to service.

Tuning will now start at $550. Dyno rental will be $150/hr through Barnyard Garage. If you have a different preferred shop with a dyno thats fine, but you are responsible for all costs.

General labor/wiring work will be $90/hr plus materials.

Well, as the year is coming close to an end, I just wanted to mention that I only have availability for 3 or 4 more cars this year. If you're not already on the books, this is your change to get scheduled! I will not be taking appointments for tuning in December to spend time with family, but will still be cleaning injectors and selling parts. Feel free to shoot me a message if you want to get scheduled or have questions on injector service or part sales.

Throwback to March, I tuned this beautiful 300ZX twin turbo on a Haltech S3 ecu with flex fuel and map switching so the owner can have it on kill mode or just daily driver mode.

The car features a fully built motor, cams, and upgraded stock location turbos with a host of other upgrades.
