This one was incredibly fun and unique! We’d never seen a dual axle A! Especially a completely original survivor with original low mileage. It’s an absolute time capsule. However, it creates challenges of its own. We don’t want to take away from the original body and paint by making it shiny and new. It’s already incredible. So our friends that own it wanted a custom flat bed made to fit the era. So we made the bed from scratch. Keeping it usable and structurally safe for heavy loads, yet beautiful. Made period correct style tail lights and horn. 12v swap and tuned up the original motor. We even had new tires put on these widow maker wheels. (Which most everyone won’t touch anymore) This old girl is ready for another 100 years….

Being in our position, you get to hear many stories of people’s past connections with vehicles. “My grandpa had…. My parents traded in a….. I grew up driving….etc.” I’d guess that at least 40% of conversations start about someone’s connection to a Nova! That pretty much seals the deal on being an American automotive icon. It’s really nice to get them back on the road as many of them were raced and trashed. This one is an extremely nice example of the Nova. We are happy to have been a part of keeping it (safe) on the road. with Hydraboost will easily stop this 850hp Big Block 572. Keeping the big block cool is a giant task on its own. Keeping a high performance big block cool is another story. Little bit of fabrication and some 4000cfm fans took care of that. wheels wrapped in keeps the beast stuck to the ground. feeds the 850hp monster. Quite quickly we might add! But we are mainly worried about the Smiles Per Gallon….

This is one of the coolest, most unique swaps we’ve ever been a part of! As muscle car builders, never would I have thought about an Eco Boost swap. But here we are! We put our foot in our mouth because this thing is WICKED! We can’t say we’d ever think a Triumph would be a scary ride either….. The instant turbo pull is outrageous! Lightweight + Turbo = Happiness. Even if most of our guys can’t fit in it…. We still love it.
