🚩 A lot of people misunderstand preheating resin and isocyanate (iso). 🚩

Preheating the material to the set point (140-160 Fahrenheit) makes the material way too hot, and preheating with band heaters can potentially overcook the iso.

The inlet temperature only needs to be between 70 and 80 Fahrenheit, which is close to room/ambient temperature.

This process reduces viscosity, making the material easier to work with and providing a smoother, bubble-free finish.
