Setting the record straight after today’s incident…

Today we had an incident where us and another tow company got into a bit of a verbal altercation. This week alone numerous tow companies have attacked our company not understanding what it is we do.

When our guys come up on a stranded motorist if able we stop and check on them.

We ask of they have somebody coming to help them and if they do, we offer to stay behind them on the shoulder to move traffic over until help arrives.

If they don’t have help or no way to get help, we offer to help them FREE of charge!

The other Tow Companies are accusing us of stealing their calls… We DO NOT STEAL CALLS.

We only help those who don’t have help coming. We are only there for traffic safety which tow companies should be grateful for!!

Our manager today had to call a certain company so we can stop the fighting. Thankfully we are finally on the same page.

If you see us on the shoulder of the highway with a motorist we ARE NOT stealing calls. We are there just like the arrow board vehicles for everyone’s safety.

If that still infuriates you, then fine, get run over.

He wrecked and trashed the vehicle!!!

We penalized his commission for leaving customers stranded ignoring calls…

Then he trashes the vehicle and quits in retaliation.

This poor work ethic with Gen Z is absolutely out of control. If the guy would have put the same energy into helping people as he did trashing the vehicle he would be doing great financially.

Instead of responsibly he chooses retaliation.

Our experience with the towing industry has been absolute chaos. It is one of the roughest most vengeful industries we have experienced.

Vehicle hydroplaned in heavy rain Southbound on hwy-83 between Scott City and Oakley Kansas.

Winch-out call the Midwest Road Rescue team did during the remnants of Hurricane Polo as it passed through Western Kansas.

The vehicle ended up stuck in a sharp 6” drainage area at the bottom of the shoulder enshrouded by thick tall grass.

We were able to get her back on the road safely in just minutes.

We used a new wireless winch remote which allowed me to stand at the window with the motorist and instruct her what to do as I winched her up.

Brittney handled command & winch strategy
Tori handled inspection, photos and paperwork
Luke handled support like hookups and line monitoring by the vehicle.

The Sheriff stayed for extra traffic control

He took the tools and ran!
You won’t believe what this guy did.
The how someone can do this baffles me…

We have had literally hundreds of people abandon their jobs, many taking tools equipment and running.

Now this Towing and Roadside company is fighting back…
