What’s frustrating when hiring people these days is the failure of communication. They accept the job, after a week or two when checking in they tell us its the best job they’ve ever had and they wouldn’t dream of leaving…
Then the 3rd or 4th week they quit without warning, telling us they hated the job all along and can’t stand our company 🤦♀️
So this leaves little room for interpretation… Either it was a set up, a ploy to destroy the company. Or they were lying to us day 1 just to get to the next job, or they are mentally ill. I lean towards the latter.
Had they just communicated we could have adjusted schedules or fixed problems but when they tell us we are doing perfect and keep it up, then decide to attack and bash us for being terrible, they are literally bashing us for doing what they told us to keep doing 🤦♀️ the stupidity of humanity never ceases to amaze me.
