"On the recommendation of a friend, who has been a long time customer, and whose recommendation I respect, I am a relatively new customer for my 2015 BMW 328i. This is my third visit and I am extremely satisfied. They hear my request, ask relevant questions which can sometimes be resolved through a call, and of not, schedule an appointment within a reasonable time. They are most knowledgeable as they explain their suggested process for routine maintenance or to resolve a problem and follow up with a printed document. For 10 years, I have returned to my original BMW dealer but I wanted to find someone I trusted closer to home. I feel fortunate that I have found this local gem. In addition, California Star provides transportation to and from the appointment. Lastly, their business and personal customer skills are excellent."
