In 1993, Marc Harvey, after many years managing his family’s auto dealerships, established The Service Outlet in San Ramon with one simple mission: provide dealership-quality service for Acura, Honda, Lexus, and Toyota owners throughout the area at a reasonable price. Since he wanted that service to be affordable and wanted the facility to have a personal and comforting feel, Marc started with sta

Within two years of the San Ramon Service Outlet being open and so popular, Marc decided opened a second location in Lafayette. Today these two facilities provide service to thousands of automobile owners – many of whom are now long-time customers. OUR SERVICES
Our menu of services is extensive, offering complete dealership-quality service and parts support, as well as minor and major repairs. We perform all factory-recommended services for Acura, Honda, Lexus and Toyota, and specialize in scheduled maintenance. When you receive a service notice from the factory or an internal vehicle prompt, just contact The Service Outlet. We can take care of those maintenance requirements quickly, efficiently, and at an affordable price.
