Road call this morning for stehr transport. Travis needed a turbo after pulling a grade and turbine shaft snapped on intake side. Got a replacement from barder turbo services and ran up to Millville to get him fixed up an on his way. He bought lunch and made his 2pm appointment, was a good day. Thanks for the business Travis!😀

Some of the projects we’ve been working on the past week. 2021 ram 3500 in for a complete service, oil change, trans service as well as t-case and differentials. Truck also got factory air suspension compressor replacement due to a seized compressor. Big b manufacturing, 2017 ram 5500 service truck was down on power. Found faulty turbo actuator as well as exhaust manifold gaskets blown out. Followed by hot side charge boot rubbed through. New actuator, gaskets and hardware for the manifold and a new charge boot has her running like new.

2013 Chevy duramax in for a long crank maybe will start or not start at all. Found factory filter base leaking and found rubber line off driver side fuel rail completely deteriorated, causing truck to loose fuel prime. Replaced and truck is now holding fuel prime and starts right up after sitting for a few hours. Maybe the customer will get another 315k out of the original cp4, it made it this far🤷🏻‍♂️

Emergency call for a down skidder just north of Scranton today. Tigercat 615e with some electrical issues. Got it back up and going for the customer in a timely matter. Only got alittle wet from a passing thunderstorm. Great way to end the work week!✅

2019 ram 3500 in for a head gasket replacement. Found cooling system to be under a good bit of pressure and pushing coolant out of overflow. After some testing found it to be a head gasket failure. Sent head out to be checked and resurfaced and reinstalled with some arp head studs. Just in time for the customer to pull his camper for a trip he has planned.

This 2011 6.7 Cummins was in today for a turbo pushing oil and found a charge boot with a pin hole in it. Got it swapped...

This 2011 6.7 Cummins was in today for a turbo pushing oil and found a charge boot with a pin hole in it. Got it swapped out with a fresh reman unit and this service truck is ready to continue serving customers!

15 GMC LML duramax in for a cab off head gasket job. Upon tear down also found a turbo that seen better days. Turbo will get replaced with a reman oe unit. This will also get new water pump while it’s easily accessible to get at and a full service once it’s done. Let us know if you need anything!
