Car Care Tip: Fall is in the AIR
Did you know that your vehicle likely has 2 air filters? One filter is your cabin air filter, which helps filter pollutants from reaching you and your passengers. The other filter is your engine air filter, which helps keep your engine running smoothly. A clean engine air filter allows air to flow freely to the engine, which is necessary for combustion. It also prevents airborne particles from dust, dirt, and even leaves, from reaching your engine, which could otherwise cause damage. If you're not sure about the recommended intervals for maintenance for your vehicle's air filters, check your manual or call us today for the complete manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule for your vehicle's mileage.

Car Care Tip of the Week: Summer Series - Smooth Sailing
Summer is not the time to forget your vehicle's regular maintenance, especially before road trips.
Oil- Check your oil level regularly, especially if you know your vehicle needs oil added occasionally. Be sure to get an oil change and service at the recommended mileage to keep your engine running smoothly. Low or dirty oil can lead engine problems and a vacation cut short.
Belts and Filters- Belts are an essential part of your vehicle's operation. If your manufacturer recommends by mileage that a belt be changed, or if a belt is cracking, it is extremely important that you do not ignore this. A torn timing belt or serpentine belt can mean costly repairs - it is much cheaper to have them replaced when required.
Filters - Clogged filters, whether fluid or air, will cut down on vehicle performance. Check your vehicle's Manufacturer's Recommended Maintenance for intervals that are optimum for your vehicle to keep it running smoothly.
If you have questions on your vehicle's maintenance, or for the Manufacturer's Recommended Maintenance for your vehicle, call us at 717-362-2618!

April showers bring May flowers, but they also bring the need for efficient tires. By having good tires with a sufficient tread you decrease the likelihood of hydroplaning in wet weather, which can quickly lead to losing control of your vehicle.
Both Goodyear and Hankook are currently offering rebate savings on the purchase of sets (4) of their best selling tires! You have until May 8 to save on Hankook tires, and June 30 to save on Goodyear tires. Plus, when you get your full set of tires from TAW you also get free tire rotations at oil changes for the life of the tire! Call today for more information or an estimate.
