McDowell South RV Come see us at McDowell South RV As an avid outdoorsman, Kyle wanted to offer the public something more, and in 2006 made the move to the RV business.

Helping you find the RV that fits your family.
#1 Brands, #1 Customer Service, no hidden fees, Cheapest prices in the nation, family owned, and a team that wants you to love your RV long after you leave our lot. With a Family History of Sales, Service and Dedication spanning nearly 100 years, the McDowell Family and its friendly staff remain committed to providing the public with a level of service unsurpassed in the industry today. Kyle McDowell, owner of McDowell South RV and lifelong resident of Jackson Missouri, is continuing a family legacy started by his great-grandfather, who opened the first car dealership in Jackson in 1914. Ronald, Kyle's father, started his automotive career in the late 1960's as a wholesaler handling approximately 2000 vehicles annually. In 1992 Ronald purchased his own Ford dealership in Perryville, Missouri and in 1997, Ronald and Kyle expanded and built McDowell South in Jackson specializing in late model, low mileage pre-owned vehicles with an emphasis on heavy duty trucks. This transition was sparked by his passion for the outdoors and a desire to expand into a new enterprise, offering "outdoor enjoyment" to as many families as possible. McDowell South RV's goal is to offer an unrivaled selection of quality campers to the public; with friendly and professional sales and service. When you purchase from McDowell South RV, they are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and earn your business; wanting you to be a happy customer for life. "The Road To Outdoor Enjoyment Starts Here."

Wow, what a turnout!

We had an absolute blast today supporting the Jackson Police Department and couldn't be more proud of our team for showing up and being part of such a great event!

Our team finished with an overall score of 56, and Grant took home closest to the pin! But the best part of the day was getting out there, having fun, and supporting the people who do so much for our community.

At McDowell South RV, being part of this community means more to us than just business. We're proud to show up, give back, and support the people who make our community what it is.

Thank you to everyone who made today possible. We're already looking forward to next year!

Happy National Boss's Day to Kyle!

If you know Kyle, you know he's so much more than the boss. He's the backbone of this company, but more importantly, he's the person we can count on when we need to vent, when we're stressed out, when we don't know which way to turn, or when we just need somebody in our corner.

We could say a million things about Kyle, from making us laugh until we cry, to making us want to throw a stapler at him some days. But that's family, right? We can fuss, laugh, give each other a hard time, and still know we have each other's backs at the end of the day.

That’s what makes working for Kyle different. He doesn't just see employees, he sees people. He cares about us, our happiness, and what’s going on in our lives outside these walls, and that's something you just can't put a price
on.

Kyle, we hope you know how much you're appreciated, not just today, but every day. We couldn't ask for a better boss, and we're lucky to be part of a team where the person at the top genuinely cares about the people beside him.

Happy National Boss's Day to the one who keeps this family running! We appreciate you more than you know!

WELCOME WEDNESDAY!

You've probably seen her around here, lately, but we haven't officially introduced her yet!

Everyone, meet Natalie, our Personal RV Girl!

She's the face behind a lot of what you've been seeing on our social media, bringing the personality, the laughs, the camper content, and probably talking way more than she was ever asked to!

She's here to show you the real McDowell South, introduce you to our campers, share our customer stories, keep you entertained on all our platforms, from Facebook to TikTok!

So, if you see her running around the lot with a camera in one hand and a million ideas in her head, now you know who she is!

We're excited to officially welcome Natalie to the McDowell South RV team!

This one deserves a look!

The 2027 Cougar 2100ML is proof you don't need a massive camper to have the good stuff.

I saved the best feature for last.. would you camp in this one??
