So my moms new house is almost completed, so we will be selling the my parents dream place, 5300sq ft 3 level, 4 bedroom, 4 full baths, basement fully finished with full kitchen downstairs, 600sq ft garage downstairs with 1200 sq ft garage main level which equals to 4 car with big drains and hot water and heated in the upper garage. setting on 9.55 acres, Inground pool off the back patio/deck has 40x50 horse/pole barn then the lower shop is the amazing part of this piece of property, 60x100 fully insulated, and metal interior with 16" concrete knee wall all the way around building full drain system the full length for washing, as full length loft , outside is full lean-to down the south side, and 40x30 front driveway parking overhang, with central heat and air, will be hard to find another shop nicer, you wont find a home that has been taken care better than this one either, i truly believe it needs nothing, new roof in 2020 with copper gutters, 3 acre stocked pond across a beautiful running creek through out the entire 10 acres. will need to set up a appt. for house and property to be seen, and please be pre approved before using up my mothers time or myself PLEASE!! you can call my mother 573-576-9396 leave message or send text
