The Robinson Toyota TEAM put together another great month in August! This time, it was our Fixed Operations team that really stood out. We realized a fantastic growth in Fixed Absorption over August 2025—something our Service and Parts departments should be incredibly proud of! Additionally, Jonathan Morris, one of our Service Advisors, set a new record for the most ToyotaCare contracts sold in our store’s history! 👏Our continued commitment to providing an amazing customer experience is truly paying off, and it’s exciting to see the results of the hard work and dedication from our entire TEAM.

Our Sales TEAM also put together an excellent month despite some inventory challenges we are experiencing with the limited supply of RAV4s as the plants begin to ramp up production of the newly redesigned model. We hit our used car goal but fell slightly short of our new vehicle goal. However, we’re going to make up that ground in September, which is already off to a great start! While the entire team had an excellent month, Clint Patterson once again earned Sales Professional of the Month—making it FIVE months in a row! Another record set by one of our TEAM members. 👏 Clint delivered 25 units in August, one of the best individual performances we have seen at our store. He has made it clear that he is one of the best Sales Consultants in the West Tennessee market, and we are extremely proud of him. Congratulations to Clint and the entire Robinson Toyota TEAM on an amazing August! We can’t wait to see what the rest of September will bring! 💪🏆

The Robinson Toyota TEAM received a special visit from USJ lower school students last week to say, “thank you”. Robinson Toyota donated to the school, along with several other local businesses, of which the proceeds were used to help purchase this bus for the USJ students. Our local West Tennessee community is very important to our operation, and we are blessed to be able to give back to it.

Every month at Robinson Toyota is positive month because we always bring our A game with a great deal of optimism. But July was a reminder that not all months can be a record-breaking one. We fell short of where we wanted to be as far as new and used vehicles delivered to the market, but it wasn’t due to a lack effort. We experienced some roadblocks that were out of our control, but the TEAM stayed focused on the things we could control. Service and parts had a very strong July as our fixed operations was at full capacity all month. In summary, July was a good month, but we now have our sites on August. And we plan to roll through the month in top gear.

For the fourth time in a row, Clint Patterson, has secured his spot as Sales Professional of the month. He delivered 19 units in July and has a bunch of deals already working in August. June was another solid month for the TEAM at Robinson Toyota. From parts to service, to new and used, every department at Robinson Toyota fired on all cylinders. We remained steady year over year as far as new vehicle deliveries are concerned, but we did see an 18% increase in used vehicles delivered in the market from this time last year. Our service department stayed booked up the entire month which kept our parts department as busy as it could possibly be. The TEAM is very thankful to all our customers for supporting our growth!

For the third month in a row, Clint Patterson, earned the title of Sales Professional of the month. Even with a week-long vacation enjoying Blue Mountain Beach, Florida, Clint managed to deliver 20 vehicles in the month of June. However, the race came down to the wire, and Clint delivered a hat trick to seal the deal on the final day of the month. And speaking of hat tricks (meaning he delivered 3 cars in 1 day), Clint had 3 hat tricks in the month of June. This is truly a remarkable thing to do in our industry. Yesterday we were blessed to have the opportunity to hold our 10th annual Robinson Toyota Golf Classic at Woodland Hills Country Club. We managed to beat the rain and have a day full of team building and comradery. We had team members from every department show up, illustrating our unity and shared love from the game of golf. One of the many great things about Robinson Toyota is that we do a great deal of activities together outside of the dealership. It helps us create the unity we need to have to operate as one dealership to ultimately provide West Tennessee with the best automotive experience available.

While the day was filled with fun and laughter, it was necessary to take a moment to honor a former TEAM member, Tim Warren, who recently lost his battle to cancer. You see, Tim loved golf and this was an event he looked forward to every year. He may not have been there physically, but his spirit was felt by us on the golf course. We continue to keep his family in our thoughts and prayers.

Thank you to every team member who made it out to this event. Without your support, these team building days would not be possible. Congratulations to Ryan, Cam, and Mark for taking home the trophy! We all are looking forward to our next Robinson Toyota Golf Classic!

🚨RECORD BREAKING MONTH ALERT 🚨

The TEAM put together an amazing 25 car weekend to set the RECORD for most units delivered in the month of May in our 30 year history! We were one of a few stores in our district to surpass our objective set by Toyota Motor Sales, and the only store in the district to outturn the region. 🤩 We also managed to deliver 90 used cars into the market while we only carried 75 in stock. That level of inventory turning is pinnacle in our industry. It’s worth mentioning that our TEAM set this record even when we were closed on Memorial Day so that our team could honor the holiday with the families!

Our rental car department, service department, and parts department all had a stellar May as well. With our hyper-focused attention to the “customer experience”, our store continues to grow in every aspect. This wouldn’t be possible without our loyal customers and exceptional TEAM members!

And like every month there is one person who finds themselves at the front of the pack on units delivered. Once again, Clint Patterson, has secured his spot as King of the Hill! Clint delivered 26 cars in the month of May, and for those of you have followed our journey know that this means on average, he sold more than 1 car every day he came to work. He managed to deliver 4 units in one day last month, a feat that is rarely obtained at a single point store in a market of our size. It’s safe to say that Clint is the “Real Deal”, and we are blessed to have him in our outfit. Clint wasn’t the only one with a great month as we had half of our team members deliver 18+ units last month. Facebook family, please show some love to Clint and the whole team for a stellar month!
