Job Title: Office Manager

Objective: To maintain a friendly, professional and clean office

Employment Status: Business hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 PM

Starting Pay: $15 - $18 per hour to start with the opportunity to earn more at the completion of training period.

Core Responsibilities (Daily Tasks)
Greet walk-in clients
Answer telephone, provide customer service
Provide Estimates
Email Correspondence
Office Maintenance (Filing, Cleaning, Data Entry)
Scheduling Appointments
Supply Ordering / Returns
Windshield Calibrations
Insurance Billing
Invoicing
Receive Payments
Maintain Calendar
Maintain the cleanliness of the shop & office area

As needed Tasks:
Assist Installers as needed
Other projects as assigned

A customer stopped today with concern about our signs being down. We just had the building painted this week. The change is very subtle, from light tan to light grey and from green to charcoal grey. Hoping to give the awnigns a new color and get the signs back up soon. Thank you for your patience during our building refresh.

We recently completed a project for Act Your Age in downtown Hutchinson! We replaced several aging window panes and installed a brand-new door, giving the storefront a fresh, updated look.

To help keep costs down, we were able to reuse the existing window frames and simply replace the glass. We also added Xpel window tint prior to installation, which will improve energy efficiency and reduce harmful UV rays—helping protect their inventory for years to come.

Did you know Crow River Glass offers Commercial and Residential glass tinting? These new windows are going in a downtown storefront and the customer elected to have them tinted prior to install.

We have been slow rolling out our tinting services over the past two years . Our commercial and residential customers that have had their windows tinted have been very happy with the end product. Noting a noticeable difference almost immediately.

AJ is a trained and certified XPEL installer with training planned to add more install technicians.

****We do not have any plans to add Auto Glass tinting at this time ****
