RMF Auto Service – Hudson, WI

RMF Auto Service is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. We’re looking for someone who knows the automotive service industry, communicates well with customers, and can help keep a busy repair shop organized and moving efficiently.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main connection between our customers and technicians. You’ll help customers understand what their vehicles need, communicate repair recommendations, prepare estimates, manage approvals, and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.

What You’ll Do
Greet customers and assist with their service needs
Schedule appointments and manage incoming repair work
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Prepare estimates and repair orders
Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly
Obtain customer approvals and communicate pricing
Keep customers updated on repair progress
Coordinate workflow with technicians and shop staff
Review completed work and invoices with customers
Follow up with customers and help maintain strong relationships
Help deliver the professional, honest service RMF Auto Service is known for

Required Qualifications
Previous Service Advisor experience required
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain repairs and recommendations clearly and professionally
Strong sales and follow-up skills
Experience preparing estimates and managing repair orders
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple customers and jobs in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and automotive shop management software
Valid driver’s license
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Important Skills
