Cooling system maintenance never goes out of season.

This 2013 STI came in for a cooling system refresh with a **Koyorad aluminum radiator** and a **black silicone radiator hose kit**. While the Texas heat may be starting to ease up, factory plastic radiator end tanks and aging rubber hoses can fail any time of the year—and usually without much warning.

Upgrading before they become a problem is cheap insurance against an unexpected breakdown or an overheated engine.

We keep many Koyorad radiators, silicone hose kits, thermostats, and other common Subaru cooling system components in stock for both over-the-counter sales and professional in-house installation.

Sometimes an oil change turns into something a little more fun...

This 2022+ WRX came in for what was supposed to be "just an oil change." After talking through the owner's goals, it left with a little extra.

We installed a COBB Top Mount Intercooler, COBB Accessport, and our Stage 1 tuning solution to wake up the FA24 while maintaining the smooth drivability and reliability these cars are known for.

A little more power, better throttle response, cooler charge temps, and a much bigger smile every time the accelerator hits the floor.

22+ WRX owners, here's something to keep an eye on.

We've been seeing more FA24-powered WRXs develop leaking spark plug tube seals. When they begin to leak, engine oil can collect around the spark plugs and ignition coils, eventually leading to misfires if left unaddressed.

If you're replacing your spark plugs, it's always a good idea to inspect the plug wells for any signs of oil. Catching a leaking seal early can help prevent ignition issues and keep your new plugs and coils from becoming oil-soaked.

Already have a random or cylinder-specific misfire on your 2022+ WRX? One of the first things you should check is for oil in the spark plug wells before replacing ignition components.

It's a relatively common issue on these engines, and catching it early can save both time and money.

Blowing warm air in the middle of summer? This STI came in with exactly that complaint.

After diagnosing the system, we traced the refrigerant leak to the **A/C evaporator core** hidden deep inside the HVAC box behind the dash. Since everything was already apart, we also replaced the cabin filter, expansion valve and all of the A/C system O-rings to ensure a reliable, long-lasting repair.

Replacing an evaporator core isn't a simple under-the-hood job—it requires partial dashboard disassembly to access the HVAC assembly. Fortunately, that's just another day at the office for our Subaru Master Technician.

If your Subaru's A/C isn't keeping up, has gradually stopped blowing cold, or requires frequent refrigerant recharges, don't just keep topping it off. Let us properly diagnose the system and fix the root cause the first time.

Brake jobs are about more than just replacing parts.

This STI came in for a fresh set of EBC Redstuff pads paired with new coated rotors, but we believe the little details matter just as much as the big ones.

Whenever the wheels are off, we take the extra time to thoroughly clean the calipers and surrounding components before everything goes back together. It's not something the customer necessarily asked for, but it's part of taking pride in our work and returning the car in better condition than it arrived.

The new coated rotors will help keep corrosion at bay, while the EBC Redstuff pads provide excellent street performance with low dust and smooth, consistent braking.
