Sandy Pines is an 800+ acre recreational community, RV resort & campground where members and campers enjoy family fun, events, amenities, lake life, recreation, and lasting memories in West Michigan. Sandy Pines Wilderness Trails is a member owned RV Resort & Campground which encompasses 813 acres, not far from your home and close to many tourist attractions in Southwest Michigan. Our park include

s our own 262 acre lake, 24 hour, year round security, 23 miles of paved roads, 13 heated bathrooms with showers, 4 laundromats, outdoor pools, ice cream shop, camp store, hardware store, open air Chapel with regular Sunday worship services and evening concerts and a summer recreational program for all ages. Our Recreation Station features 3 heated outdoor pools, waterslide, splash pad, arcade center, fitness room and snack shop. Enjoy our many playground areas, tot center, lighted tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, volleyball, miniature golf, disc golf, soccer field, high ropes course, remote control car tracks, baseball diamond, adjacent 18 hole golf course, nature/fitness trails, snowmobile trails and a dog park. Relax with cable television, wireless internet or relax with a book from our library.

☀️ Facility Update ☀️

Due to the extreme heat, the Ropes Course is closed for today.

We are also happy to share that the Family Pool has reopened after being closed yesterday.

As we continue through this stretch of hot weather, we have one small favor to ask. With so many people enjoying the pool, our filtration system is working overtime to keep the water clean and safe.

💦 Please allow your sunscreen a few minutes to fully absorb and dry before entering the water. This simple step can help reduce the amount of sunscreen that washes into the pool, making it easier for our filtration system to keep up during these busy, high-use days.

Garage Sale Weekend is back at Sandy Pines! 🛒🌲

This weekend, sales will be happening throughout Phases 1, 2, and 4, along with the Condos, on Friday and Saturday during daylight hours. Please remember that sales should not be set up or begin on Thursday.

Beyond the garage sales, the weekend is packed with Board Game Making, the Sidewalk Chalk Contest, Paint Night, Tie Dye Saturday, a Drive-In Movie featuring How to Train Your Dragon, Minute To Win It, and more.

🗳️ Absentee Ballots Available Now

Absentee ballots for the 2026 Sandy Pines Annual Election are now available at Member Service in the Administration Office.

Members picking up a ballot must bring a photo ID, such as a Sandy Pines photo member ID card or driver’s license.

A few important reminders:

• Each membership is entitled to one vote.
• Accounts 30 or more days past due must be brought current before voting.
• Completed absentee ballots must be received or deposited in the ballot box at Member Service no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Before casting your vote, visit the 2026 Annual Election Hub to review the sample ballot, meet the Board of Directors candidates, learn more about both ballot proposals and explore supporting documents and resources.

A printed document featuring quick facts and visuals is also available to pick up at Member Service. Be sure to take a copy with you to help break down and review the information included on this year’s ballot.

📢 Family Pool Closure

The Family Pool at the Waterpark will be closed for the remainder of today due to maintenance issues.

The Waterpark Slide and Splash Pad remain open, and the Phase 2 Pool is also open and available.

The July Board of Directors Meeting will be held this Friday, July 17, from 6:00 – 7:30 PM at the North Shore Center. Chairs will be available for members who wish to attend in person.
