DT Manufacturing One, LLC is a decorative automotive supplier. We are looking to hire Production Technicians to help with our continued growth. If you're serious about your next job and want to work 4 10-hour shifts with occasional OT, DT MFG is for you.

As a Production Technician, you will learn skills such as thermoforming, trimming, and injection molding procedures for our decorative automotive parts. Experience with machine operating, quality inspection, calipers, and other measurement tools is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

2nd shift: 3:45PM-2:15AM Monday-Thursday with occasional OT

*Shift premium for 2nd shift*

Preferred qualifications:

-Experience in manufacturing, assembly, general labor, or production, though not required

-Great attendance and a positive attitude

As an Operator on the Production Floor, you will learn how to trim and injection mold our decorative parts. You will learn how to manufacture automotive parts while maintaining an effective pace. Experience with machine operating
and quality inspection is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

We are looking for multiple entry level MIG/TIG welders for our Highland, MI plant. Must have some experience or went to school for welding. This is a fast pace environment with daily production goals. Excellent safe, clean, and professional work environment.

-Clean and maintain dryers and applicable equipment.
-Maintain and retrieve correct resins as needed for injection molding machines.
-Build boxes to support production.
-Stock all needed components for machine operators, ex; Appliques.
-Support Mold Changes and can work independently while doing so.
-Support Inventories as required.
-Clean and organize as needed.
-Prepare for oncoming shift to ensure their success.

• Sign, date, and completely fill out driver logs with accurate record of stops, operating hours and vehicle inspection.
• Adhere to federal, state, local driving laws and DOT and FMCSA regulations, such as pre-trip inspections and driver logs.
• Assist customers in the unloading and loading of delivered goods.
• Maintain vehicle fluid levels, air pressures, and vehicle cleanliness inside and out.
• Back up warehouse personnel
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Work safely.
