This 2017 Audi Q7 has been getting serviced at the dealer before coming to Dr.V.
Looks like they negelected the cabin filter and it’s possible it has never been changed!

The cabin filter serves the purpose of filtering all the contaminants/viruses from the air before entering the inside of the vehicle. See the diagram in the second picture.
