Our guests say it best: “After having a concern regarding the service of my vehicle I was immediately contacted by Service Director John Chiles who requested that I bring the vehicle back to the dealership and he would personally make sure all of my concerns would be addressed.

I went to the dealership the following day and John had the shop foreman address and resolve all of the concerns I had and even addressed a couple issues that were noticed during the follow up service.

For instances, last time in for service, I forgot to mention a problem with one of the rims on our Aviator. The mechanic who worked on the vehicle noticed the rim problem and brought it to Keith's attention.
