Attention GATELY COLLISION WILL NO LONGER DO ANY WORK FOR PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE.

If you have progressive insurance then you need better insurance because we have a truck here and with the crap progressive wants to figure with parts coming from Texas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Illinois on this one truck so far has took us 4-5hrs to just get parts on the way.

DON,T LET INSURANCE TELL YOU WHERE TO TAKE YOUR CAR .

People may wanna start filling out these forms on these insurance companies that keep trying to steer people to there drp shops because it’s getting crazy with these companies. It’s your car you can take where you wanna take it to. they can’t tell you that you can’t but what they are telling is, if you take it to a shop that’s not on there list that they won’t stand behind the work when the insurance companies don’t warranty the work because the shop does that part not the insurance company, they will tell you that you maybe out of money from your own pocket which is a lie, they will tell you they won’t pay your rental but have them show you where you signed that paper saying that. I’m telling yall some of these insurance companies are not as good as you think and remember it’s cheap for a reason.

My favorite saying is if you see them on tv a lot then stay away because they had rather spend money showing there name off than pay to repair your car the right way.

Hail FAQ -

Q: Can my hail damage be covered by my insurance? If so, will my rates go up?

A: Yes, hail damaged can be charged to your insurance as long as you have comprehensive coverage. Typically, rates DO NOT increase for comprehensive claims.

Q: Does hail damage really need to be fixed?

A: Un-repaired hail damage can have a large effect on your vehicle’s resell value. Depending on the severity of the damage, leaving the dents un-repaired could also cause further issues with the paint and metal below.

We can't stress it enough. While the shops recommended by insurance companies are an option, they are NOT mandatory. Due to "anti-steering" laws, you are able to choose where you want your vehicle repaired. You can trust Gately Collision.
