We understand making appointments and sometimes they have to be canceled, even at the last minute, as there have been times that we have had to cancel/reschedule because of unforseen circumstances.
Communication goes a long way. We send reminders for appointments because they serve you, the customer, and us as well. If you're unable to keep your appointment, we do not expect a reason or a reschedule. However, we are owed a response. It's common courtesy. We will no longer schedule appointments to anyone who didn't call, text, or message to cancel their appointment without full payment upon scheduling. This is not a hobby or something we do just for fun. This is part of the way we provide for our family.
*Note, this is not a change for scheduling. This applies to those who have been a no call, no show*
