📅 September is National Preparedness Month
Is your trunk ready for the unexpected? Whether it's a flat tire, dead battery, or getting stranded in bad weather, a roadside emergency can happen when you least expect it. Keeping a well-stocked emergency kit in your trunk can turn a stressful situation into a manageable one.
Here's what every car should have:
✔️ Flashlight + extra batteries
✔️ Jumper cables or a portable jump starter
✔️ Tire pressure gauge and a spare tire (properly inflated!)
✔️ Small fire extinguisher
✔️ First aid kit
✔️ Work gloves
✔️ Reflective triangles or road flares
✔️ Duct tape and basic tools
✔️ Blanket (especially important in cold climates)
✔️ Water and non-perishable snacks
✔️ Portable phone charger
✔️ Copy of your insurance and registration info
One more long weekend before fall settles in and a little prep goes a long way. Before you pack the car, swing by for a free tire check. We'll make sure you're covered for the miles ahead. 🏁
