It is with heavy hearts that we share some news with our Kneble's Auto family.

On Tuesday, July 7th, Kneble's Auto Service Center will be closing at 11:00 AM as we come together to remember and celebrate the life of BillieJo Paxton, the cherished wife of our own Craig Paxton.

BillieJo held a special place in the hearts of so many, and her warmth, love, and spirit touched everyone lucky enough to know her. To Craig and the entire Paxton family, please know you are surrounded by love right now.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 7th, at Boakes Funeral Home from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, with a celebration of her life to follow at Freddy J's Bar & Kitchen. A chance to gather, share memories, and honor a life beautifully lived.

We ask that you keep Craig and his family close in your thoughts during this difficult time. Thank you for being part of our family and for understanding as we step away to be there for one of our own.

We host the Mays Landing Co****le League right here in our lot every Thursday. The summer season was called off due to low turnout, and everyone was refunded. Fall registration is open, and we want to see the lot packed again. Grab a partner and sign up. We will see you on the boards.

An update on the Summer 2026 season of the Mays Landing Co****le League.

We did not get enough teams to run a full summer season, so we have made the call to cancel it. This would have been our tenth season, which makes it a tough one to share. Every team that signed up has been fully refunded.

Here is the part we are excited about. Fall registration is open right now. The Fall 2026 season runs Thursday nights from September 10 through November 15, at the lot between Kneble's Auto Service Center and Freddy J's Bar & Kitchen. Same boards, same beer specials, same community.

We will be honest. A league this size only runs when people show up, and fall is the season that decides where we go from here. We think Mays Landing is more than capable of filling the lot again. We have seen it happen, and we believe it can happen again. Grab a partner and get your team in.

While you are at it, take a look at the new league website. We rebuilt the whole thing. You can look up every season, every champion, and your own team's history all the way back to 2023. Go find your name.

Bracket round one is in the books behind the shop. Splash Bros. closed the regular season 28-0 and went 4-0 in the bracket opener, sitting at 32-0 on the spring. Four teams tied at 3-1 in the B bracket headed into Week 9. The lot opens back up Friday morning for the rest of the week. Full recap and photos on the league site.

Spring regular season is in the books. Twenty three teams played out their Thursdays in our lot and finished the night with a full slate of forty seven games. Splash Bros. went 28-0. The bracket runs the next three Thursdays starting May 14 at 7 PM. While you’re thinking about it: bottle caps belong in the trash, not on the asphalt. Tire flap hates them.

Spring co****le hit Week 6 in the lot last Thursday before the mist made the call. Charles and Dutty held onto a 22-0 season record despite finally getting tested in a 22-20 finish on wet boards, two teams ran the table 3-0, and the makeup happens tonight at 7. Two regular season weeks left and the standings are starting to lock in. Full recap on the league site.

Spring co****le keeps rolling in the lot. Eighteen teams out last night, five of them ran the table, and Splash Bros. are still the only undefeated team after five Thursdays. Spring co****le is halfway done in the lot. Thursday brought 18 teams, four undefeated nights, and a top of the standings that just had its first real shake-up. Spring co****le is back in the lot, weather and all. Seventeen teams showed up Thursday in the mist and cold and played through all four rounds. Three teams ran the table. The biggest blowout was 28-2. And one team at 0-7 finally broke through with a 22-19 win in the last game of the night. Boards are back out this Thursday at 7.
