Spring regular season is in the books. Twenty three teams played out their Thursdays in our lot and finished the night with a full slate of forty seven games. Splash Bros. went 28-0. The bracket runs the next three Thursdays starting May 14 at 7 PM. While you’re thinking about it: bottle caps belong in the trash, not on the asphalt. Tire flap hates them.

Impending Snow Storm

The Township of Hamilton has more than 300 lane miles to plow during snow events. Depending on the duration and amount of snowfall, township trucks and/or contractors may have to plow your street several times during and after the storm. As snow rolls off the plows, it will accumulate at driveway aprons. Please understand that this is unavoidable, and it is the homeowner's responsibility to clear it.

Please see the following helpful tips to help during a snow event.

Place Trash & Recycling carts at the curb line for pick up the night before collection.
Be sure to remove them ASAP afterward, to prevent damage to them.
Shovel snow to the right side of your driveway (facing the street) to minimize the amount of snow entering your driveway apron.

Shovel and/or blow snow onto the curb or the grass, not into the street. This creates hazardous ice spots, that could impact you while exiting the driveways into the roadways.

If possible, please do not park on the street, parking vehicles on the street hinders the speed of removal and also causes vehicles to be plowed in.

Please remove basketball hoops and other objects before the storm.

Not all roads in the Township of Hamilton are maintained by the Department of Public Works. During weather events, we often receive many calls from our residents about the condition of roads whose maintenance is the responsibility of Atlantic County or NJ State Department of Transportation. We're happy to relay your concerns, but if you would like to reach the Atlantic County Public Works Department directly, please call (609) 645-5830, NJ State DOT, please call (609)588-6213. From our side at Kneble’s Auto: we see it every year, people wait until the last minute and then scramble. This is your chance to be the organized one for once.

If you’re already planning a holiday get-together, make the bar crawl the “everyone meets here” plan and stop debating it for two weeks. BOGO until midnight means you can grab an extra ticket for a friend, a coworker, or the person who always says they’ll decide later.

Bonus: bring an unwrapped toy and you’re doing something good while you’re out having a night.
