💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

Today is a reminder that not every struggle is visible.

The person standing beside you may be carrying something you know nothing about. The person who seems distant may be doing everything they can just to get through the day. And sometimes, the people who are struggling the most are the ones who have become very good at making everyone believe they’re okay.

Mental health doesn’t discriminate. It touches individuals, families, friendships, workplaces—and sometimes entire circles of people trying to figure out how to help someone they love.

This year, this day feels a little more personal to us.

We’ve been reminded that loving someone through a difficult season can be complicated. That you can worry about someone, be frustrated with them, hope for them, hurt for them, and love them—all at the same time.

We’ve also been reminded how important it is to keep showing up.

To ask the question.

To make the phone call.

To listen without immediately trying to fix everything.

To remind someone that needing help is not something to be ashamed of.

And to remember the people standing beside them, because mental health struggles rarely affect just one person.

So today, check on your people.

Not just the ones who look like they’re struggling.

Check on the strong one.
The quiet one.
The one who makes the jokes.
The one who says, “I’m fine.”
And the person who has been quietly holding everything together for someone they love.

Sometimes the most important thing we can give another human being is the reminder:

You don’t have to carry this alone.

No Snacking in Cyprus: It is entirely illegal to eat or drink anything—even taking a sip of water—while driving in Cyprus. Doing so can land you a $100 fine.

🔧 PLEASE—ASK US QUESTIONS.

When we recommend a repair or service, we never want you to leave wondering:

Why does my car need this?
How urgent is it?
Can it wait?
What does the price include?
How long will the repair take?
Is there a coupon or special that applies?

Ask us.

We want you to understand what we’re recommending, why we’re recommending it, and what your options are before you make a decision.

And yes—ask us about coupons too! If you saw a special on our website, received something in the mail, or aren’t sure whether there’s a current offer that applies to your service, please ask. We’re happy to check.

Auto repair can feel confusing enough without being afraid to speak up. There are no “stupid questions” at our shop, and you are never bothering us by asking for an explanation.

Our job isn’t just to repair your vehicle.

It’s to help you feel comfortable and informed about the decisions you’re making for it.

So ask about the recommendation.
Ask about the price.
Ask about the timing.
Ask about the coupon.

We’d much rather answer the question than have you leave with one. ❤️🔧
