Day 8 we are still without power, we received a message yesterday it should be back on today by 12. My hopes arent high for a resolution today.
Day 7 our power still has not been restored at “The Pro Business Center”
Today marks 7 days now that we havent been able to conduct business. All we get are we are sorry but MS Power put the meter in the wrong spot. Mind you weve had reliable uninterrupted power for the past 7 years we’ve been here. The complex was bought back in August and since then we seem to have power issues almost monthly.
So far what i can gather is that the new owners had the complex painted, the painters painted over the labels at the panel. The new owners had the labels re-done. Our meter was assigned a new letter designation. The Pro Business Center was doing something with the electrical and had MS Power out for some reason. Our meter used to be labeled X and now its labeled K. MS Power has paperwork for a meter on label x, well x is now a completely different location and they took the meter out of K and put it in X. Its now 7 days in and they cant get the meter put back for some reason.
If you are trying to reach the shop today and can’t get through, we apologize as our landlords have left us without power again.
