At our Bearcats & Business Appreciation Breakfast yesterday, we had the honor of recognizing our very first Business Partner of the Month!

This special recognition celebrates a local business that goes above and beyond to invest in our students, support our schools, and help create opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom. From giving their time and resources to opening doors of opportunity for our students, their partnership is making a meaningful difference in the Long Beach School District.

Our selected honoree received a Business Partner of the Month window cling to proudly display their commitment to our schools, along with a complimentary month of advertising with the Bearcat Broadcast Network!

Help us in congratulating J. Allen Automotive on being selected as our September Business of the Month! We are incredibly grateful for the partnership and support they have provided to the Long Beach School District and our students. Their involvement was instrumental in helping us get our Automotive CTE program up and running and creating meaningful opportunities for students to gain real-world skills and experience.

What an exciting way to kick off a new school year!

We were thrilled to welcome the PGSD automotive students to J. Allen Automotive for a hands-on look at what a career in the automotive industry can really look like. From touring our dealerships to spending time alongside our technicians, students got the opportunity to see the industry from the inside and get their hands a little dirty along the way!

We were especially excited to meet the female students in the class and show them that automotive careers are for everyone. We’re proud to have a female technician on our team who can serve as an example of the opportunities available to women in the automotive industry. We hope her experience inspires these students to continue exploring their interests and consider the many rewarding career paths available to them.

We love being able to open our doors to the next generation and give students a chance to explore different career paths, ask questions, meet professionals in the field, and experience the possibilities that are waiting for them after graduation.

Here’s to a great school year and hopefully a few future automotive professionals in the making! 🛠️🚘

😂 Well… that service appointment escalated quickly!

Matthew came in for routine service on his CX-50 and decided an oil change just wasn’t enough. He left with a whole upgrade to a new Mazda CX-50 Hybrid! ⚡🚙

Lauren helped turn a regular service visit into a brand-new-car kind of day!
