First one out the door today. He showed up on an appointment that he seen for Tuesday, the last I seen, was Friday due to the phone mess-ups . He knew I was backed up, and he offered to come back today. Also a long time ago, he showed up for his first appointment and I was backed up and he kindly offered to reschedule. When he came in the last time, he was needing a window reaching it that got messed up when I tried to retain it, a tint kept pushing back because the old gaskets around the window frame were warped and pushing the film back. He said he’s gonna order some new gaskettes. I told him if he did that and since he was so understanding and patient, I would put them in for him at the shop. When he showed up this morning to get it done, I replaced both gaskets and retrenched the window that was tore. He asked what he owed. I told him to just pay for the window tint and the rest was free. I told him his patience. and understanding was greatly appreciated. There’s a lot of things I can do to a car that I do not offer. but this time I did. This is why I do what I do for my customers. God has truly blessed me with a talented skill and wonderful customers. And I am thankful for both. Stay humble, stay blessed.🙏✝️🤙
