One thing we try to reinforce at R Enterprises LLC is celebrating people when they do the right thing.
Recently, Worth County Fire/Rescue EMA called with a breaker issue that repeatedly tripped and put a truck at risk of being down. Our team member Malachi first worked remotely to help troubleshoot the issue. When that didn’t fully solve it, he made the decision to leave immediately for the 7-hour trip.
He arrived around 9pm and worked through the issue until the truck was back in service that same night.
Chief Salter called to share how much their team appreciated the response and how impressed they were with the service.
That kind of ownership matters.
That kind of mindset serves people well.
