We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team, streamline our inventory operations, and keep our repair workflow moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing & Ordering: Identify, source, and order required OEM, aftermarket, and reconditioned parts according to repair estimates and collision repair standards.
• Receiving & Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and quality; match parts against orders and mirror-match parts against damaged components.
• Inventory & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized parts room; manage inventory levels, returns, core returns, and vendor credits efficiently.
• Production Coordination: Collaborate closely with body technicians, painters, and estimators to ensure parts are delivered to technicians on time, minimizing repair delays.
•Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with parts vendors.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience in automotive parts management, inventory, or collision shop estimating/parts handling preferred.
• Familiarity with body shop management software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar systems).
•Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
