Do you think they are worth it?

Absolutely is the answer, this L83 5.3L has a BTR Truck Norris camshaft plus the LTs and CAI. Before and after, both runs had the cam installed already.

The answer should be absolutely. You never know how much you are leaving on the table, even if it’s a stock 5.3L gen 3 LS on 87octane.
