Quick story: A customer had come in for a transmission service. Certified does a full drivetrain and transmission evaluation with every vehicle that comes in. She said she had been meaning to get this done for a while, after owning the car for a year, she didn't know when it was serviced last, and she knows that really hot weather could cause any transmission issues to get worse. The diagnostician performed our certi-care evaluation and afterwards told her the transmission looked really great and she need not worry. The service was done and she was back on the road.
She now has the peace of mind knowing her transmission should be able to take this extreme heat, and wont be breaking down on the side of the road in it because of transmission failure.
