Good Saturday morning! We are 1 week away from trying this gig again. The forecast looks hot and dry the next 10 days. Saturday is brought to you by Mosbarger Family Farms.

A couple of things we want to touch base on.
1) All teams need to park in the fenced in pit area. No parking outside the fence during the race. Afterwards you can move outside to camp if you wish.
2) Saturday will be Draw/Redraw. We are drawing sticks both times.
3) Driver's meetings are not optional.
4) Reserved front row parking; old renters have 1st dibbs on renewal. Come Sunday, whatever is not paid for is up for grabs.

Get your hotrods ready and come play. We are excited to be back in action.

We have decided to cancel. We want a GREAT track not just a good track. Mother nature won this weekend! 😭 We hope to see you all in about 3 weeks July 18th/19th. See you all then!

With the recent rains this week and last night/early this morning and the possibility of more throughout the day, we will evaluate what we have Friday morning and make a decision as soon as possible for those of you traveling aways out. Please bear with us. *Photos for those of you asking!*

We are officially 1 week away from getting the party started. We are just as excited as the drivers to get back trackside!! My Race Pass is live if you would like to pre-register and save time in the lines. Also, if you had a reserved front row parking spot last time we raced, you will have 1st dibs to renew those spots. The minor waiver is pinned to the page, so make sure you get those printed off and have them ready to speedup your check-in experience. Let us know if you have any questions. See ya'll soon!!!

If you have questions, please ask. If the minor is a driver, we have to have this release form filled out for the track, even if you already filled one out for IMCA. If you would like a form emailed to you rather than printing it from here, please PM the page with your email so we can get it sent.

As we approach our season opener and finish up our loose ends, we are getting pretty excited to see you all again. 🙌🙌 With all that being said, our My Race Pass page is up and ready. Online registrations are active if you want to pay (CC/DC) for that in advance. I will also be uploading the minor release form and pinning it to this page. These are absolutely mandatory for any minors. Parents will have to sign them, not just a responsible adult watching them for the night. Sorry for the inconvenience, but rules are rules.

In the moving forward stages, we are actively seeking bids for concessions in the pits as well as the grandstands.

Bids should include a menu, locations interested in working and price per night you are willing to pay per place worked (pits/grandstands).

Bids can be submitted via private message to the page or directly handed to a member. Our 1st race is about a month and a half away so the sooner then better so the winner of the bid(s) can get supplies and be ready.
