PCV Action. Also known as your oil separator! These don’t have a service life per VW or Audi. How ever fail rates tend to be at a 80-100k range. We recommend to replace your PCV every 80k. The internal diaphragm in these can tear causing vacuum leaks which affects drive ability. And in worst case scenarios can cause other epilepsy leaks due to built up crankcase pressure.

STOP! We did brakes on this Mk8 GTI. Added a Zimmerman Drilled rotor on some Brembo brake pads! Still more braking upgrades coming up! If your brakes are squealing or grinding. It’s time for brakes. If you’re getting abnormal shaking or pulsing while stopping it’s time for brakes. Don’t risk your self, family or others due to the inability to stop correctly.

GLI! Lifters and rockers! This Gli came in with a slight ticking that was speed dependent. We disassembled the top end of engine and found failed needle bearings on the cylinder 1 rocker. We installed revised rockers and new lifters from Vw. Got this one all put back together and it drives great again. This car was throwing no faults yet at the time it came in but the client has a good ear and heard that something wasn’t right!
