Another race weekend in the books! It was one of the toughest weekends for everyone in our crew. Our head mechanic Reid was injured and we wish him a quick recovery. That left John, James, Chris A and Chris F to complete two engine swaps and a complete build up of an M20 for the 2Bridges car. Got it all done even though most of the team missed the Test and Tune on Friday.

The Race weekend went surprisingly smooth when you consider the week leading up to it, Chris Forsythe did a fantastic Job on both cars and keeping everyone organized. Chris Anderson ran a good consistent Novice race to complete his 2nd race. Jeff Thompson and Brian King showed up Sunday and helped us prepare for the race and Ryan H was there coaching us and keeping our heads on straight. Also big thanks to Kevin Doyle, Jason Vein, Charles Hurley for the advice to John and Hank Moore for supplying rear calipers after we realized car 338 had a seized one.
James and John Improved their Qualifying times from Saturday but still were stuck back in the grid running 18th and 16th respectively. Both fought hard though a very demanding race full of full course cautions. James was held up by an SPM RX-7 which ruined his race, lucky he still moved up to 16th from 18th and the RX-7 was penalized and fined for impeding him and others.
John was able to get a killer restart on the final caution and moved up 5 spots on that lap alone. After loosing the battle for 10th against Bob Mearns. He struggled to keep some faster cars behind but was able to finish 11th.

And of course a huge thanks to Gary Parker and BBQ2U for the BBQ! He fed everyone at the track Saturday night and the PRO3 boys again on Sunday!

One of the most memorable race weekends for sure!
