To better serve our customers and ensure the quality and reliability of our repairs, Ayers Complete Auto will no longer be installing customer-supplied parts.
Over the years, we have encountered issues with incorrect parts being ordered, damaged or defective parts being provided, and parts that do not meet manufacturer specifications. These situations can lead to delays, additional labor costs, warranty concerns, and frustration for everyone involved.
By supplying the parts ourselves, we can:

Stand behind our repairs with confidence
Another benefit is our nationwide warranty coverage of 3 years or 36,000 miles on qualifying parts and labor. When parts are supplied by the customer, we cannot guarantee the quality of the part or provide the same warranty protection on the repair.
This policy helps us maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect while providing reliable, long-lasting repairs.
